We’re Steve and Dan, your resident Boo-Foons, armed with a microphone, a hat (Dan’s always got his), and an EMF reader (Steve never leaves home without it). Together, we plunge headfirst into the paranormal soup of haunted houses, spectral legends, alien oddities, cryptid sightings, and the occasional “what even is that?” moment. If it’s mysterious, we’re investigating it. If it’s ridiculous, we’re probably laughing at it.

But don’t expect solemn candlelit séances or serious-faced ghost hunters. This is Boo-Foons: part podcast, part pantomime, all passion. We mix folklore with foolishness, history with hilarity, and theories with tomfoolery , because the unknown deserves a bit of fun.

Why a podcast? Why now?

We’ve been asked this a lot. And the truth? We’ve wanted to start a podcast for ages. But nothing quite clicked, until we realised we both love ghost stories. Not just the spooky ones, but the strange, the silly, and the ones your nan swears happened in her attic.

That’s when Boo-Foons Mystery Investigators was born. A podcast that’s part investigation, part improvisation, and entirely us.
