This week, the Boo-Foons are trading the familiar for the flatlands as they journey into the heart of the Fens. Steeped in mist and local lore, the marshes around Wisbech are the setting for their latest expedition, one that finds Steve and Dan on the trail of a legendary figure whose identity remains a point of historical debate.
Depending on which local you ask, the duo is either hunting a formidable giant or the legendary hero who managed to slay one.
The Fens have always been a place where history and myth blur together, but Steve and Dan aren’t taking any chances. Armed with nothing but their wits and, somewhat inexplicably, a collection of cartwheels for defence, they are ready to navigate the winding waterways and open skies of Cambridgeshire.
Whether these makeshift shields will hold up against a giant remains to be seen, but the journey promises plenty of intrigue. Will they find the resting place of a titan, or uncover the secrets of a giant-killer?
